Zoe Alba plays a key role in driving the company’s organizational effectiveness priorities critical to ResMac’s human resources department and serves on the company’s Executive Committee.
At ResMac and throughout her career, she has proven to be an effective business leader who builds strong partnerships to shape enterprise-wide strategy, while implementing best-in-class human resource solutions.
She had lead the implementation and execution of key human resources strategies across ResMac. Zoe has a proven track of record of being highly professional, knowledgeable and a trusted HR business partner for the management, simultaneously serving as an advocate for the company’s employees.
Prior to joining ResMac, she successfully structured the North American division of HR, for a private international company based out of New York City. She has also had great success in driving change in already implemented and structured departments, in both private and public companies such as Norwegian Cruise Line, LVMH and Northern Capital Incorporated. Zoe brings 18 years of experience and a proven record of accomplishment of success in all aspects of human resources operations.
Zoe completed her Bachelors in Business Administration Degree at Florida International University, in Miami and holds an SPHR Certification by the Human Resources Certification Institute since 2006.
